About the Role

We’re looking for a YouTube Recruiter to help identify, engage, and hire exceptional creative professionals — including YouTube strategists, creative directors, and video editors — for a range of client-facing projects.

This position is ideal for someone who understands YouTube culture, has experience sourcing creative talent, and thrives in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and creative communities to find and engage candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements, culture fit, and hiring priorities.
  • Research and build lists of creators, editors, and production teams within the YouTube ecosystem.
  • Manage and track candidate pipelines using spreadsheets or ATS tools.
  • Conduct screenings, assign test projects, and coordinate interviews as part of the recruitment process.
  • Represent the agency professionally in all client and candidate interactions.

  • Ability to assess both creative and technical talent effectively.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience hiring for U.S.-based media or creator-focused companies.
  • Familiarity with YouTube analytics, the creator economy, or digital production workflows.
  • Experience working with global or remote teams.

Culture Fit

  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently across time zones.
  • Passionate about YouTube, content, and creative storytelling.

  2. First interview
  3. Second test
  4. Final interview

Timeline: Typically 2–4 weeks.
