Catalyst Labs is a student-led startup incubator dedicated to empowering student founders to

develop their innovative ideas into investment-ready ventures. The program spans 12 weeks

and provides mentorship, resources, and guidance to foster entrepreneurial success. Catalyst

Labs is committed to nurturing talent and driving innovation through its unique approach to

supporting student entrepreneurs. The inaugural program is set to launch in Summer 2026.

Role Description

We're launching our first Growth Intern Program and hiring a small team of 3–5

campus ambassadors to lead content creation, community building, and applicant pipeline

growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll represent Catalyst on your campus, create branded

content each week, host small events, and help us identify promising student founders.

What You’ll Do

• Create a minimum of 2 UGC-style posts per week across Linkedin, TikTok, or Instagram
• Host one campus touch-point per month (event, club meeting, coffee chat, or workshop)
• Build relationships with students interested in startups or venture
• Drive applicants to the Catalyst Labs Fellowship using referral links
• Cover student founder stories, behind-the-scenes content, and campus activities
• Join weekly check-ins and track impressions, reach, and sourcing metrics
• Support brand presence and community-building efforts on your campus

What We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled at a 4-year university/college
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, entrepreneurship, management, finance, computer science or related field (preferred - not required)
• Active in your campus’s startup, tech, or creator clubs/communities
• Comfortable making short-form videos or hosting events
• Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Fast executor who likes taking initiative
• Prior content creation experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation and the startup ecosystem

Compensation Structure

Base Pay:

• $250/month (requires weekly posts + participation)

Performance Bonuses:

• Content bonuses for hitting 5k–15k+ impressions (up to $100 per post)
• Referral bonuses for applicants and accepted fellows ($5 per applicant, $250 for accepted applicant)
• Event bonuses for approved campus events (up to $200 per event)
