    About FiNC

Think of FiNC as your civic utility company: one system that plugs everyone into a fair, citizen-led democracy. Our promise is simple: less waste, more representation. Every candidate seen. Every citizen heard. Every journalist free to speak.

We use Digital Politics (DP) as a shared lens to spot rigged patterns and judge leaders up vs down—power-first or people-first—so citizens can vote with clarity. As adoption grows, Digital Democracy (DD) will standardize fair rules, visibility, and accountability.

We organize the Meta-Movement—a movement of movements that connects citizens, underdog candidates, independent media, and grassroots orgs by Action Clusters (stances, strategies, endorsements) so lenses can differ and actions unite.

FiNC is building an organization structure akin to a cooperative-style nonprofit, where team members aren’t just employees, they’re partners and co-architects. Everyone plays an active role in shaping our mission, strategy, and growth.

If you’re ready to help create something beyond politics as usual—and to join a team designing the future of democracy itself—we invite you to step in. The future is now.

IMPORTANT: This involves DELAYED COMPENSATION – Please read carefully

To maintain our independence and avoid conflicts of interest, we are not accepting investors or financing that comes with strings attached. Instead, we are Crowd-Starting FiNC—building it together from the ground up.

We’re asking team members to contribute 15-20 hours per week during this phase, with all time tracked and paid retroactively once we become fully operational.

This model only works if you see it as a short-term investment for long-term rewards. Everyone who joins is a partner, receiving an ownership stake in FiNC. Our structure is similar to a Nonprofit Cooperative, moving beyond the traditional “employee vs employer” dynamic into something more collaborative and forward-thinking.

Please only apply if you’re open to this unique opportunity and ready to be part of something truly transformative.
