We are hiring a Head of Partner Growth who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, community, and revenue. Someone who knows how to activate and scale ecosystems, turn relationships into results, and build a network that becomes a competitive moat.
Your mission: Build and scale the Traffic Syndicate, Inflektion’s vetted partner ecosystem that drives measurable results for hundreds of brands. Activation velocity and revenue impact will be your north stars.

🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and scale Inflektion’s partnership ecosystem from end to end across strategy, recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, and performance
- Curate and grow the Traffic Syndicate, identifying, vetting, and activating high quality affiliates, creators, influencers, and strategic partners
- Drive fast activation by ensuring partners go live within 7 days and continually reduce time to first action
- Develop recruitment and engagement strategies that lead to the best partners promoting multiple brands
- Build community gravity through ecosystem events, partner retreats, and high touch accelerators
- Collaborate with Brand Growth to shape offers, campaign strategy, and activation planning
- Partner with Ops and Product to identify automation opportunities, system improvements, and personalization enhancements
- Lead partner communication with clarity, influence, and relationship centered language
- Establish the systems and workflows needed to scale from dozens to hundreds of top performing partners
- Represent Inflektion externally as the face of our partner ecosystem
- Contribute proactively to process improvements, partner experience enhancements, and recurring optimization opportunities

🎓 Your Experience
- Proven experience building or scaling affiliate, creator, or influencer programs
- Strong network across the affiliate and creator ecosystem
- Background in high growth DTC, creator economy, affiliate networks, or partner led SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to move fast, solve problems, and create repeatable results
- Experience managing partner relationships and driving activation
- Strong communication skills with the persuasion needed to recruit top partners
- Ability to turn business objectives into partner ready systems and workflows
- Bonus: Experience building communities, ecosystems, or high touch partner programs
- Bonus: Experience scaling programs in high growth startups
