At Circus LA we’re looking for a brilliant leader with a digital-first mindset to join our team of Change Agents. This role is fast paced, varied and constantly evolving. As a leader you'll be creating a successful long-term relationship with our partner and manage the team into success, along with the support of the Agency’s Executive Leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our partner, media agencies and other partners to develop Hispanic advertising and marketing plans across all channels and platforms.
  • Analyze opportunities and recommend strategies and tactics (advertising, media, promotions, digital and social media, retail marketing, experiential, grassroots, etc.) for effectively reaching the Hispanic consumer market.
  • Lead an Account Executive, Senior PM, Strategy Team, Creative Team, and several other team members on creative development processes.
  • Develop integrated communications plan(s) for our partner's campaigns.
  • Identify media and marketing channels that could potentially offer our partner the most marketplace ownership and engagement, given competitive and broader consumer behavior trends.
  • Development of digital media strategies, including a robust social media and search engine strategy.
  • Collaborate on the digital strategy across paid and owned platforms.
  • Pursue, develop, and execute strategic marketing partnerships (includes influencer).
  • As needed basis, plan and execute in field marketing, PR, promotions, partnerships and experiential marketing.
  • Manage relationships with Hispanic media partners that may include planning and buying on a case-by-case basis for ALL media, including TV, Radio, Digital, Social, Sponsorships, etc.
  • As needed, manage all or some facets of media planning, buy and implementation, including tracking, ad hoc analysis for media optimization and, post-buy analyses.
  • As needed, develop and maintain: Purchase process; Market mix; Media mix.
  • Advise on local media and ethnic media opportunities.
  • Leverage proprietary tools, systems and methodologies to correlate marketing communications activity with results and evolve strategy and plans as needed.
  • Gain partner's approvals on production estimates and schedules (with Senior PM).
  • Manage monthly and quarterly budget recaps, billing and forecasts of all project costs.
  • Manage fiscal year-end billing requests and requirements.
  • Perform overall budget tracking.
  • Develop and track estimated costs, compare estimates with actual costs and provide feedback as needed.
  • Establish and manage a financial reporting calendar to ensure contract provisions are being satisfied.
  • Track and budget Talent costs: estimating, contracts, negotiations, and renegotiations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years on Accounts or Client Services on an advertising and/or marketing industry.
  • Be a curious fanatic of entertainment industries and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Sense of humor and great ability for negotiating.
  • Fluent on English and Spanish.
