Your Opportunity

Our first-year accomplishments include building an innovative platform, growing a community of over 5,000 users, and establishing partnerships with over 60 universities, companies, and job boards. We are now hiring a Growth Marketer to drive significant user and revenue growth across all channels. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tremendous impact at a fast-growing startup. Part of the application and evaluation process will include sharing job presentation or ePortoflio on Sizigi.

Your Responsibilities

  • Scale paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels including PPC, social (paid & unpaid), affiliates, influencers, referrals, SEO, content, and email.
  • Manage CAC & LTV and optimize campaigns for profitable unit economics.
  • Analyze user engagement and increase conversion on our website and platform.
  • Partner with the Executive Team for each growth initiative strategy.
  • Build landing pages and perform A/B testing.
  • Own analytics and reporting across all strategic growth areas of the business.

Your Requirements

  • Experience of 3-5 years driving growth through digital acquisition preferably at a high-growth startup and/or in the consumer internet industry.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or another related field
  • Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
  • Experience building and executing an ROI-driven user acquisition program across a number of channels (Google Ads, FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Paid Media, Paid Social, Paid Search, Organic Social, Influencer, Email, SEO/Content, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to apply growth principles, hacks, AARRR framework, and A/B testing.
  • Experience working with creative teams to put out high-quality and creative advertising campaigns that drive growth.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams to come up with new marketing experiments and build growth levers into the product.
