Role

Orcé Cosmetics is looking for a driven, resourceful, and organized Integrated Marketing Manager with a passion for beauty. This is a unique opportunity as you will be exposed to all aspects of building a beauty brand - you will play an essential part in revolutionizing the definition of an Asian beauty brand. Working in a start-up is a learning opportunity like no other, but possessing the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty is key.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will assist the CEO in setting 360 marketing strategies informed by consumer insight and analytics and executing them seamlessly; owning the marketing calendar by managing all campaigns across different channels; working cross-functionally with internal teams, freelancers, and third-party vendors; and proposing innovative ways to elevate our brand and propel growth. This individual will work with key social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat, as well as seek out emerging opportunities that can help us grow our customer base and brand awareness. Success in this role requires a deep knowledge of the cosmetics marketing space, excellent project management skills, a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Your Impact

  • Concept and execute 360 marketing campaigns
  • Act as 360 project manager for all campaigns and ensure deadlines are met in advance with long-lead planning - including internal marketing calendar, brainstorming, and planning of all activations
  • Assist CEO in brainstorming and executing content strategy for all marketing platforms: email marketing, paid social, advertising, organic social media (grid + stories), and sales promotions
  • Manage social media freelancer to ensure content meets brand guidelines and excellent platform management
  • Strategically propose influencers, bloggers, and brand partnerships to increase awareness and boost sales, and manage relationships with these parties
  • Coordinate logistics, deliverables, and asset needs for campaigns, brand partnerships, and giveaways
  • Work with the creative team to coordinate the timely production of creative assets for social media content and other needs
  • Work with the digital media team to drive and execute all media (paid, social, and influencer) in support of brand messaging objectives and growth targets
  • With a thorough knowledge of digital-first media campaigns, be responsible for writing key campaign briefs, outlining campaign objectives, and planning media cadence for each season
  • Monthly Reporting: monitor performance metrics and competitive benchmarking across all channels to understand the effectiveness of both strategy and creative; present key findings and propose strategies for continuous improvement

What You Bring To The Table

  • Fluency in paid and organic media platforms
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and calendars
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to work hard - taking on all tasks no matter the size with enthusiasm
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to tackle multiple tasks at the same time, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, readily adapting to ever-changing priorities, nuanced feedback, and aggressive project time frames
  • Self-disciplined, responsible, accountable, and able to take constructive criticism
  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills including strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, an embedded drive for results, and a willingness to work across many departments and effectively prioritize
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives
  • Eagerness to master new programs, software, media platforms, and skills to better yourself for your role

Bonus Skills

  • Beauty brand experience
  • Strong analytic skills, including Google Analytics, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively
  • Understanding of Asian female consumer psychology, purchase behavior, media habits, and culturally sensitive topics

What Is Required Of You

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing-related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Klaviyo, Airtable, Shopify, and Photoshop
  • This position is remote for the foreseeable future
