About The Job

Lead the management of GLAMGLOW overall social media activities worldwide with the key purpose to tell the brand story and drive brand awareness, engagement, referral and advocacy. Strong ability to interpret and translate global brand strategies and equity into programs appropriate for social media.

This position will report to the Vice President, Global Consumer Engagement.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as brand social lead, developing and executing best-in-class social strategy and programs in alignment with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and corporate teams. Serve as Consumer Engagement point of contact for internal planning with key cross-functional partners (Sales, Online, PR, etc.).
  • Support ED Consumer Engagement in development of 360 planning, calendaring, and guidelines for all campaigns/programs.
  • Define and establish social content calendar for the brand, including developing content concepts from idea to completion.
  • Partner closely with Creative to ideate and develop social media assets, campaigns and programs; Guide development against key deliverables and due dates for upcoming launches and programs.
  • Supervise community management to drive favorable brand conversations. Ensure questions, comments and related opportunities with speed and judgment and in alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison in all social media executions with affiliates worldwide. As part hereof manage communication of campaigns/programs and provide guidelines and guidance to implement locally. In lack of affiliate presence, manage the market from the corporate HQ.
  • Own global influencer strategy and programming including but not limited to paid partnerships / content, organic seeding, event integration. Deepen brand relationships with key tastemakers.
  • Own global score carding processes and social KPIs / performance, leveraging standardized tools and craft analyses based on the data; develop related recommendations to Consumer Engagement team and leadership.
  • Oversee the monitoring of all international social accounts for adherence to guidelines and hold regular touch-bases with counterparts in key regions/markets, as needed.
  • Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity and other social media leaders to be early adopter of technologies and trends. Serve as lead liaison with social platform / media partners (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.). Be a force of proposal within the brand to go after high-potential opportunities.

    • 6 years related experience – social media and content creation / management
    • Branding, skincare/beauty and fashion experience highly valued
    • Experience managing multiple agency and vendor relationships
    • Experience liaising with key retailers a plus
    • Four-year college degree or equivalent
    • Highly engaged in and active on social media
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and budgets
    • Team player with ability to interface with many departments
    • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, brings a strategic and critical POV on brand presentations and executive briefings
    • Strong quantitative skills
