Influencer Marketing Manager

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of the influencer marketing program, driving new user acquisition and elevating key initiatives through the influencer channel. The ideal candidate would have worked on a growth marketing team or leading direct response influencer campaigns. Must be proactive and detail-oriented, with analytical chops to assess channel performance and inform strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to build and execute Influencer campaigns to support growth goals
- Partner with Director of User Acquisition to build paid strategy for influencer content
- Analyze campaign data to inform opportunities to optimize program performance and spend
- Manage multiple agency relationships, ensuring that they execute against program objectives and achieve KPI targets
- Handle program administrative duties (manage logistics of product, create coupon codes and links, develop and disseminate briefing materials, etc,..)
- Partner with legal to ensure that all influencer content is supportable and meets FTC disclosure standards
Affiliate Program Management
- Lead affiliate marketing program
Competitive Intelligence & Analytics
- Actively follow competitors, complementary brands, retailer and industry news to identify trends and topics that are right for the brand and category
- Conduct data analysis on influencer performance on a weekly basis
Miscellaneous
- Support additional marketing initiatives as needed
About You:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience in growth or influencer marketing
- Attention to detail, as well as strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of social media channels and media outreach
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify
- You can work independently to execute on projects and adhere to deadlines AND can work collaboratively
- Experience working on a DTC and/or personal care brand is a plus
- You are passionate about the field of marketing and always up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technologies and trends
