Senior Relationships Manager, Influencer

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Relationship team in New York.

The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, experts managing influencer relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, to Design, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.





Role

Leading role across the business regarding influencer and relationships management. Includes: strategy, influencer engagement, content management, FTC monitoring and measurement projections/reports. Could also include planning and management of influencer events.




Responsibilities

  • Creating strategies and building decks for influencer programs to best meet client briefs and solve business problems
  • Managing a minimum of two team members in the relationships team
  • Building internal and client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations
  • Building influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication
  • Negotiating influencer fees with micro-celeb influencers and managing influencer fee budgets
  • Leading Profiling briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audience
  • Responsible for ensuring the Profiling processes (briefing and approval) are adhered to
  • Maintaining a consistent understanding & competence on Profiling across all team members; identification and verification of Influential Voices. Ensuring each voice put forward is on brief and groups are diverse in nature
  • Maintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical and FTC considerations
  • Consistently developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
  • Responsible for the timely response of all communication from voices and on-going relationship maintenance
  • Managing the voices database to ensure on-going accuracy of data across all campaigns
  • Overseeing Event and activation planning, execution and performance. Ultimately responsible for WOM creation & attendance of all campaign based offline activities
  • Ensuring that events run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly 3rd party expenditure




Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relative Experience in Marketing and Social space
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate a clear understanding of complex information with a problem solving approach
  • Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization are key to this role
  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity
  • Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Passionate, energetic and confident
  • Proactive: self-motivated
  • Team-player: flexible and challenging
  • Proficient in Google Docs & Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
