COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Bazile & Co is a fashion brand based out of Los Angeles, California. We mainly specialized in swimwear, activewear and clothing. They also partner with two merging brands VICF.K and Mon Chouchou de Paris. We are growing our team with individuals from the most prestigious institutions and universities.

We are currently seeking young and bright individuals that would like to carry our brand name on social media and live platforms. For this position you must be extremely motivated to represent the brand in a positive way and stay very active on our online platforms (tiktok, instagram, facebook andmore). You must be passionate about fashion, fitness, wellness and expressing yourself creatively. The person should also have an understanding and appreciation for BAZILE&CO aesthetic and its co-brands.

Do you want to be part of a company’s brand innovation? Do you like to represent a brand and build an online presence? This may be the position for you. We are looking for creative and outgoing individuals willing to connect with the general public.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings (live, videos, social media etc.)
  • Assisting in content creation (ie. writing blogs, newsletters, product reviews, etc.)
  • Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
  • Participating in event marketing
  • Generating brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing
  • Being an opinion leader in his/her community
  • Providing feedback and insight on new products/services
  • Promoting the brand via his personal social media accounts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong presence on social media
  • Comfortable writing and speaking/acting in front of a camera
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • BSc degree in Acting, Journalism, Dance, Fashion

COMPENSATION

This is a volunteer position that will allow you to have experience working with our brand as a model, influencer, video and live broadcaster. It is a good position for individuals interested in gaining experience in modeling, influencer/social media, acting and personal branding.

Note: We are looking for someone very self-directed as the position is based off-site. We need someone creative and very motivated to create and edit online posts/stories in order to build a strong brand image and online presence.
