THE ROLE

We’re looking for self-starters, makers, doers, and creative visionaries to dream up and lead disruptive and groundbreaking marketing. We’re looking for people who share our mission to spread joy.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with culture and storytelling, with a passion for innovation and new digital and social platforms. You’ll be working on TikTok brand channels, viral campaigns, video marketing, headline-grabbing projects, and more. Our clients look to us to innovate and help them stand out on traditional and bleeding-edge platforms, so you’ll be inventing the marketing techniques of the future.

This person has lives & breathes brand marketing, intuits client needs, develops & delivers killer proposals, and orchestrates home-run projects that lead clients begging for more. You have extensive experience across social media, and a track record of disruptive brand marketing.

This job reports to our CCO Geoffrey Goldberg, a former Broadway performer and director, who's passionate about coaching and personal growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help lead our team’s approach to creative disruption
  • Become one of the world leaders in TikTok marketing, and lead brands big and small to success on the platform.
  • Provide oversight on content strategy, design, creative and execution alongside our production, strategy, and account teams
  • Invent new ways for brands to utilize TikTok and other new digital platforms, to drive virality, engaging brand channels, high-performing ads, and innovative influencer campaigns.
  • Create campaigns across social (FB/YT/IG) and invent ways to engage on emerging platforms (Triller/Reels/etc.).
  • Pitch prospective clients on the campaign opportunities.
  • Think holistically about the company's growth, and develop marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients (presentations, social media, blog articles, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-10 years of experience in a creative marketing role at creative agencies or at brands (preferably both), focused on social media
  • Experience taking projects from concept through activation
  • Strong art direction and brand strategy experience
  • Deep understanding (and obsession) with social storytelling formats of today, such as TikTok, and an interest in new and emerging social platforms
  • Super out-of-the-box creative thinker
  • Very organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
  • Passionate and skilled mentor and team leader, obsessed with personal development (your own and others’)
