We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the influencer and creator strategy across the Implus portfolio, including programs on brands like Balega, SKLZ, and Harbinger. This role will own the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from sourcing and contracting, to content briefing, execution, and performance tracking, with the goal of developing long-term, authentic partnerships that build trust and engagement with our target consumers.

The ideal candidate will be deeply connected to the creator landscape, highly organized, and data driven. You’ll help shape how our brands show up in culture through meaningful collaborations with creators, influencers, and organizations who align with our brand values and purpose.

This role will work closely with brand marketing, social media, and creative teams, and will play a key part in evolving our internal influencer marketing capabilities, balancing internal management with potential agency partnership oversight.

Objectives Of This Role

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for key brand initiatives.
  • Manage influencer relationships across the full lifecycle, including sourcing and discovery, contracting, briefing, content review, posting, and performance tracking.
  • Build long-term, ambassador-style relationships with creators who authentically align with each brand’s community and mission.
  • Evaluate influencer performance and campaign ROI to continuously improve programs and inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Support the creation of scalable internal influencer marketing processes and frameworks.

Primary Responsibilities

Influencer Program Management

  • Plan and execute influencer and creator campaigns across brands like Balega, SKLZ, and Harbinger, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seasonal priorities.
  • Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers across social platforms, in partnership with the Social Media Manager, to ensure strong brand and audience fit.
  • Negotiate influencer contracts and payment structures to ensure deliverables have measurable return.
  • Draft briefs, manage content deliverables, and ensure on-time execution that meets brand quality and compliance standards.
  • Define influencer campaign KPIs. Track and analyze campaign performance providing regular reports with insights and optimization.

Strategy and Development

  • Develop long-term influencer strategies and ambassador programs that build sustained brand advocacy and trust.
  • Explore emerging creator categories, partnerships, and platform opportunities to keep brands ahead of social trends.
  • Support the integration of influencer content into broader marketing campaigns and paid amplification efforts.

Partnership and Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, social, creative, and eCommerce teams to align influencer initiatives with overall marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to manage outsourced influencer programs, when necessary.
  • Partner with the Social Media team to leverage influencer content across owned channels.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, social content strategy, and creator economics.
  • Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure impact.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content trends, especially within fitness, wellness, and performance communities.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing (agency or brand-side).
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record managing influencer programs that drive measurable business impact.
  • Experience with influencer platforms (AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, GRIN, or similar) preferred.
  • Background in sports, running, fitness, or wellness marketing strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Education And Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
