Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Global Sr Director Brand Management, Mens for the Jordan Brand. In this role you will work to define the Global Brand Marketing strategy for our Men’s business. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in brand management/marketing, athlete marketing and leading a team!

What You Will Work On

If this is you, you will be leading the Mens brand management team to define the annual, seasonal and long-term brand plans that will serve the needs of our Men’s Jordan consumer.

You Will

  • Drive the long term POV and strategy framework for Men’s marketing
  • Build key consumer journeys across Men’s performance and lifestyle
  • Partner with product merchandising to support product positioning, navigation and naming.
  • Partner with sports marketing on creating athlete marketing plans.
  • Lead operational deliverables for key internal gates including shepherding the creative process of seasonal stories from brief through to geo hand off.
  • Establish and drive a culture of mentorship and inclusiveness across the extended team

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Global Sr Director Brand Management, Mens you will report directly into the CMO.

You will work alongside a team of work alongside teammates from the Jordan consumer construct in the Womens and Kids/Community team to build a more comprehensive approach to serve athletes* more holistically.

You will collaborate and partner with the following internal partners:

  • Consumer Direct Marketing to bring the strategy to life O2O
  • Sports Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Communications
  • Global GM, Men’s to drive the integrated business strategy
  • Creative partners
  • Geo Men’s Brand teammates

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
10+ Years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing building Consumer Connection, Brand Planning, Brand Strategy and Marketing Mix Modeling

Digital First Approach, Product Knowledge, Sport and streetwear knowledge.

Global perspective/experience.

Proven track record to drive and deliver results.

Proven ability to collaborate, to build, develop and encourage teams.

Preferred

  • Passion for the Jordan brand and enthusiasm for working in the “always on” world of sport and culture
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization, businesses, brand and operating ethos
  • Demonstrated experience working across cultures and geographies; ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a category, regional and functional basis, including presenting before audiences of various sizes and cultures.
