The Marketing Manager will drive and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns across the Parallel portfolio of brands. This role must be able to identify and engage with the appropriate influencers who speak to the target audiences for each of the respective brands, activating them through revenue generating campaigns that are compelling, organic and drive brand affinity.
To be successful in this role, the Marketing Manager will be well-versed in building robust influencer campaigns that drive social strategy and maximize earned media opportunities. S/he must be collaborative in nature as this role will also work alongside the experiential, brand, local market marketing, retail and PR teams to create integrated media opportunities across existing brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
· Identifying powerful storytellers (aka Influencers) and determining whether they fit the brand culture and can serve as spokespersons for our portfolio of brands
· Managing a global Influencer strategy that includes developing a team of Regional Influencer Managers as the brand continues to evolve
· Creatively engaging Influencers to create content that is organic and evergreen, and that positively impacts sales
· Working closely with the social media team to develop a content strategy (driven by influencers) that can amplify our brand personas and engage consumers
· Identifying strong agency partners and managing the execution of influencer campaigns
· Managing Parallel’s in-house Influencer Relations Department and Brand Ambassador programs
· Facilitating Influencer contract negotiations ensuring that the company maximizes Influencer ROI
· Working closely with the brand PR team to ensure messaging and content curated by influencers fits Parallel’s brand identity
· Partnering with Legal to ensure campaigns comply with up-to-date regulations
· Maintaining a strong competitive position relative to influencer campaigns, using that intel to assist brand teams in all creative processes and new product development
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
· 3-5 years’ experience in Public Relations, Social Media and Influencer Marketing, including demonstrated acumen in building and managing Influencer campaigns
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
· Excellent presentation, organization and project management skills
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Self-motivation, people engagement, and accountability
