Paladin is partnering with a client who is seeking a Social Media & Campaign Manager in the Portland, OR area. This is a permanent role, fully benefited, and is an incredible product! Bonus points for those with retail or small consumer good experience. Though this role is remote, you will be expected to interview and train in person with all saftey precautions in place (masks, distancing, etc), Portland, OR candidates only at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain monthly content and communication calendar for social media, maintain content distribution though all channels, monitor activity, measure and report on campaign success
- Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party bloggers, influencers and content distributors to drive brand awareness. Manage Influencer programs with rate negotiation, contract writing, execution and ROI reporting
- Establish meaningful customer relationships with the community by responding to social inquiries, comments and customer service requests
- Work with the Email Marketing Coordinator, Brand Manager to create consistent and compelling content, work wit SEO Manager to ensure all published web content follows SEO guidelines and maximizes keywords.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
- Retail product knowledge and/or experience preffered
- Fluency on Macintosh operating system with advanced proficiency in social media platforms including: Sprout, Foursixty, Linktr.ee, and Tailwind
- Experience using all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Google Suite
