Head of Account Management, Brand Partnerships

StreamElements, the fastest growing tech and service platform for live stream content creators and brands, is hiring for a Head of Account Management to join our Brand Partnerships team. Live stream sponsorships and advertising campaigns are rapidly growing on Twitch, YouTube and other social platforms. In this position you will play an important role in driving renewals by ensuring our clients receive legendary service from our team of Account Managers.

The AM team works closely with the Sales, Talent, Integrated Marketing, Creative, R&D and Legal teams. AMs lead the post-sale process, including campaign execution, client management, contract negotiations and supports the pre-sale process, including pricing and packaging for RFP responses, building and maintaining of timelines and schedules, as well as handling day-to-day cross-functional operations. Reporting to the SVP, Brand Success, this is a highly visible leadership role that requires a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to client services and a keen aptitude for following and predicting changes in the social/digital/advertising landscape. You will be responsible for growing and developing a team of Account Managers via feedback and actionable trajectory plans, overseeing and guiding team workflow, and positively impacting company profitability and culture. A successful Head of Account Management should have a passion for strategic problem solving, a strong understanding of creative storytelling, a dedication to white-glove service, and a strong point of view as a leader.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an international team of remote Account Managers, working alongside Sales and at times, Integrated Marketing, on all US deals
  • Institute planning and campaign execution best practices, and lead cross-departmental training to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Implement internal processes such as profitability tracking by client/agency/vertical/ and quarter/year, resource management, etc. and systematize workflow to ensure efficiency
  • Work with the Executive team to build and maintain cross-department external processes in order to provide legendary client service
  • Collaborate with Creator Success leads and Financial Services leads to build and maintain up-to-date pricing documents and practices
  • Oversight of all legal templates such as Creator Agreements, Client Service Agreements/SOWs, and/or any other legal materials; support the negotiation process
  • Ensure the AM team executes flawless campaigns, ensure client satisfaction, and ensure post-campaign reports make strategic, data-driven recommendations to increase client retention
  • Understanding of industry talent while working alongside talent team to include the best sample creators are included in each proposal
  • Support Sales and IM teams with campaign timelines and caveats for RFI & RFP responses
  • Experience with systems such as CRMs, Asana, CreatorIQ, etc.
  • Work with external partners on brand studies, and internal data teams on analytics, wrap reports

Requirements

  • At least six years of experience
  • Managed a team of at least 4+ Account Managers of all levels
  • Proven impact on company practices, profitability and culture
  • Experience in working with all types of talent (influencer and/or traditional celebrities)
  • Managed high-profile and high-value marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Ability to multi-task, managing high volume of projects at different stages
  • understanding of industry data and tools
  • Thrive in a high-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Knowledgeable of media buying and planning
  • Strategic problem-solving ability
