The Position Description Overview:

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll execute and analyze all social engagement on social channels, including influencer marketing campaigns, social strategy, and channel growth.

  • Type: Permanent Position
  • Hours per week: 40 hours
  • Location: Remote for Minnesota Candidates

As a Social Media Specialist, a typical day might include the following:

  • Leads the way in finding creative ways to interject brands into conversations with consumers to drive strategic value to the company’s overall reputation
  • Oversee social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
  • Map out social strategies for influencer campaigns and leverage data to develop content themes/topics
  • Put together monthly content calendars with strategic copy and hashtags across client social channels
  • Work with the account teams to develop and execute social strategies that drive against brand marketing influencer initiatives

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proven experience working within brand guidelines and executing content through those guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage engaging social media channels
  • Working knowledge of social metrics and ability to set and report out on KPIs
