Reports to: Head of Production

Overview

We’re not looking for a traditional “Content Creator.” We’re looking for a Maker—someone who brings together curiosity, craft, community, and culture. You’re the person who can pick up a camera or toolkit and build something real. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative, and real‑world execution, and you’ll spend time both out in the community and in the edit suite. You’re not just producing content; you’re creating work that connects to real people and real moments.

What makes this role special? You will have access to creative teams, production tools and people, media data and consumer insights to drive quality content for a massive brand.

Responsibilities

- Produce branded content and physical or digital outputs.

- Track cultural and platform trends and share relevant insights.

- When needed, use your own channels to test ideas and engage audiences.

- Turn audience, creative, media, and client inputs into clear, authentic executions.

- Work with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to identify opportunities.

- Help connect brand strategy to what’s happening in culture.

- Operationally you will be at the intersection of Strategy, Media and Creative to drive creative content executions

Qualifications

- Portfolio of work you’ve produced (content, events, objects, or communities).

- Strong understanding of social platforms, influencers, and cultural trends; understanding of parents/families is a massive plus; this is the community you will create in

- Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

- Clear point of view on design and storytelling.

- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with others to get things made.

- Ease in leading or organizing groups in personal, community, or professional settings: you identify as a “connector”

- Active in social environments and willing to be out in the world gathering insights.

- Bonus: side projects, entrepreneurial work, or creative interests that show how you think.

- Presentation abilities, skill and comfort

- “Past life” in anything marketing related is helpful: media, adtech, marcom, PR, advertising, design, etc.
