Job Description:
HelloFresh Group’s Growth Marketing team is hiring a Manager, Influencer Marketing to support the rapidly growing Influencer Marketing channel. The ideal candidate:
- Has a keen knowledge of and experience within the influencer landscape,
- Is a strong relationship manager,
- Is comfortable managing complex data/analytics systems,
- Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
HelloFresh has a large, always-on influencer program where we work with different tiers of influencers including celebrities, vloggers, micro/mid-tier partners. The candidate will be an important part of the Growth Marketing team, collaborating with peers who are experts in their respective workstreams in order to leverage influencer-created content across other growth channels.
Primary responsibilities will be cultivating high-value/visibility partnerships (including dark posters and celebrities) and providing support and oversight to junior team members for the always-on influencer campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in growth marketing, talent management and data/analytics to implement innovative influencer campaigns across multiple social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition and brand growth of HelloFresh, Green Chef and EveryPlate influencer marketing channels
- Work cross-functionally to develop, recommend and execute influencer marketing campaigns across a variety of paid & organic channels by collaborating with key business stakeholders & external influencers
- Lead campaign analyses looking at correlations between KPIs and test variables, including ER, CR, CAC, etc. across multiple campaigns
- Oversee key channel tests (new channel development, partner niche) etc. in collaboration with Associate Director, Influencer Marketing
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and work to streamline the contract negotiation processes.
- Manage, vet and build key relationships with dark posters and identify opportunities for 360* direct deals and celebrities that achieve upper funnel content goals
- Provide support and knowledge to junior team members on influencer campaign tactical execution (influencer integrity vetting, content approvals, pricing, negotiation and internal logistics)
- Work with internal analytics resources to further enhance reporting and insights within and across campaigns
- Manage discount code creation process and the tracking of VIP Box orders
- Research influencer landscape to inform new influencer campaign strategies
Skills needed:

- Understand key business KPIs for subscription e-commerce (CAC, CLV, CR, etc.)

Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience with real & consistent qualitative/quantitative results
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing team members
- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
- Fluency in Excel (Microsoft Office) and proficiency in Google platforms, Tableau, third party analytics platforms and media attribution technology/methodologies is preferred
- Proven background in eCommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus
- A track record in influencer campaign strategies & execution
- In-depth knowledge of social media & influencer marketing with relevant tactical experience
- Fluency in Excel (Microsoft Office) and proficiency in Google platforms, Tableau, third party analytics platforms and media attribution technology/methodologies is preferred
- High school diploma or GED & Bachelors degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role required
