Senior Manager, Entertainment Marketing
The Senior Manager, Entertainment Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing and delivering entertainment marketing asset programs and initiatives for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) that embed Coca-Cola brands in key cultural moments and deliver against business objectives. Specifically, this position will lead influencer and music asset identification, manage the productivity of asset investments and prioritize asset touchpoints across marketing channels to drive reach and build relevance.
This role requires experience in the earned advocacy discipline, including integrated communications strategies, talent and social influencer management, contextual brand integration and project management. A proven ability to collaborate, influence and execute programs with success, specifically in the digital/social media landscape, is paramount. Although this is an individual contributor role, the Senior Manager, Entertainment Marketing will guide others in resolving complex issues within this arena based on existing solutions and procedures. In addition, this individual will work independently with guidance only in the most complex situations. Successful candidates for the position will be connected with top influencers, celebrities and companies across the entertainment industry, with an emphasis on the music industry (i.e. Record Labels & Music Properties).
The successful candidate for this role will work virtually and be within, or easily accessible to, New York City.
Prioritized Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership in the identification, development and innovation of music and influencer initiatives for omni-channel campaigns.
- Music & Influencer subject matter expert and cross functional leader who successfully implements entertainment initiatives and innovation across content, brand, media, legal, PAC, business affairs, finance, retail, sales, customer, and more.
- Responsible for building effective and outstanding consumer experiences within the entertainment landscape.
- Develop and steward the NAOU's influencer strategy and lead influencer management process.
- Responsible for the successful management of NAOU's Influencer programs, where applicable
- Align business needs with relevant influencers, where applicable
- Collaborate with business partners to create briefs and contents
- Monitor influencer activity on relevant programs
- Contact and negotiate with influencers
- Manage relationships with influencers during the campaigns
- Key leader and stakeholder in the management of multi-million-dollar celebrity partnerships, cultural influencers and key entertainment sponsorships, properties, events and industry relationships on behalf of the Company.
- Analyze media and entertainment landscape, market trends and competitor activity to identify, advocate and implement new innovation and business development opportunities.
- Deliver new solutions and positive change across all lines of business by bringing the right analysis, consulting, and delivery, while driving a “how can I add value” approach to partnership.

Education
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
Professional Experience
8 or more years of relevant entertainment, marketing and media experience required
10 or more years of relevant entertainment, marketing and media experience preferred
Highly developed strategic negotiation, program development and activation skills required
