We are looking for an innovative and driven self-motivator who is obsessed with Digital/Social Media and often stays in the know of culturally relevant news pertaining to Multi-Cultural beauty, fashion, entertainment or lifestyle. You will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand our target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group online. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Founder and Head of Marketing and will be responsible for all administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Research target audience and discover current trends in beauty, fashion, lifestyle and entertainment.
- Create engaging text, video, and image content using Canva.
- Develop and manage the social tone of the company online.
- Schedule posts ahead of time using Hopper and develop an optimal posting schedule.
- Engage with similar Instagram accounts online to drive awareness to the company page.
- Manage day-to-day publishing on Toaste social channels, monitor conversation and create replies.
- Assist Head of Marketing in managing and executing Toaste influencer marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of digital assets to support campaign launches. (banners, social media skins, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal marketing, and creative teams to build out the social support content calendar and conceptualize content ideas to support Company objectives, campaign launches, and support/education campaigns.
- Monitor and report on KPIs on a weekly basis with Head of Marketing.
- Assist in the ongoing development of social content strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or Pursuing) in Marketing or related field
- Graphic Design (Canva and/or Adobe Suite is a must)
- Strong affinity for multi-cultural Beauty and Skincare
- Some previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
