Job Description

Nuun Hydration is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join its Content Marketing Team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for brand marketing, social media, excellent communication, and project management skills. You will be part of our Content Marketing Team and lead our influencer marketing strategy, manage campaign development, logistics, and implementation. The ideal Influencer Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker and is cross-functionally collaborative. Nuun’s future Influencer Marketing Manager is equal parts creative and analytical.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Identify potential influencers for campaigns and collaborate with external influencer agencies or directly with agents to negotiate deliverables with content creators

• Oversee the contract agreement and payment processes with new and current partners

• Manage social media programming with influencers, including outreach and developing content around brand and business goals

• Track and maintain the influencer database to ensure it is up to date and optimized

• Build strong relationships with partners

• Review and approve suggested influencers, and their partnered content prior to publishing

• Development and management of a 12-month influencer marketing plan

• Work collaboratively with other program managers to plan and maintain content consistency across programs, such as the ambassador manager, partnership marketing manager, and social media manager

• Drive influencer strategy and manage regular reporting to support overall business goals and marketing strategies

• Manage products, create custom swag and mailers, and coordinate shipments for seeding and campaign initiatives

• Monitor and report all influencer analytics on a regular basis - key metrics on engagement, posts, reach, and more

• Manage the micro-influencer program, including outreach and identifying sampling/partnership opportunities

• Work closely with the internal creative team to ensure best practices, guidelines, and instructions to help guide influencers in producing content deliverables

• Stay on top of competitor influencer programs industry trends, relevant campaigns and digital media advancements in this space

Basic Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years influencer marketing or PR experience and/or 2+ years professional social media experience

• Expert knowledge of social media platforms and how influencer content is executed - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or a related field

• Active on social media, aware of trends and key influencers in various verticals (fitness/lifestyle/wellness/etc)

• Strong, relatable marketing and social media focused writing, storytelling and editing skills - to help create content briefs and review influencer content with a critical eye

• Comfortable using various social media analytics tools to track campaign performance to goals

• Strong rapport building skills and outgoing nature

• Strong written and speaking skills, and must be comfortable communicating naturally with a wide variety of individuals online, via video and in person

• Stellar organization and time management skills

• Knowledge and passion for health, fitness, nutrition and food is a big plus

• Experience in developing and managing a budget
