About The Role
Integra is looking for an innovative, dynamic & seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to lead, drive, maintain, and optimize the Influencer Talent team across all platforms while managing the strategic relationships with Integra’s Influencer Network and delivering on KPIs. In this role you will be and integral part of Integra’s short and long-term growth & success.

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day execution including community management across all social platforms, posting & scheduling, & engaging with the brand’s audience.
• Lead all planning and execution influencer marketing campaigns to efficiently drive ecommerce sales and ROI.
• Oversee the ongoing strategic development, execution, management and measurement of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Utilize measurement tools to track performance metrics. Activate Influencer campaigns and manage post-campaign.
• Develop and manage talent timelines as part of large-scale marketing programs.
• Own social analytics including weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Facilitate the outreach, negotiation, execution, onboarding, and ongoing communication with our influencers / ambassadors
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in social media and influencer/affiliate marketing in beauty, health, wellness or lifestyle experience preferred.
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics & ROI.
• Familiarity with social media (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat and Twitter) and online content, and evidence of a developed social media/web presence.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy & how to use social media channels to meet objectives.
• Detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. Must be able to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities.
