Compensation: $18 to $20 Hourly

We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our Influencer Relations department and undertake a wide range of administrative duties. Reporting to the Manager, Influencer Relations, this position will see the successful candidate apply a wide range of skills across the management of influencer assets.

A sample of what your day to day life may look like:

  • Graphic Design: Basic PS knowledge
  • Assisting in email communication
  • Managing Influencer Assets - downloading video/photo -Put in prospective folders for acquisition
  • Updating Assets sheets for video team with notes and links to social pages and links to content folders
  • Orders for Influencers
  • Make code and links
  • Assisting in updating reporting sheets
  • Overseeing Payments for Influencers
