Day One Agency—Campaign Magazine’s Agency of the Year and PRovoke Media’s Creative Agency of the Year—is looking for a Digital Strategist to join our growing team. The right candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated to telling stories that stop people in their scroll. You’ll take pride in your work, show initiative, and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are serviced in the best way possible.

This position is full time and is only available in New York City.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will build strong influencer strategies for consumer clients and lead/oversee various elements of execution including day-to-day client communication, contract negotiations, campaign brief development and measurement. They will be digitally- attuned with a POV on how we can incorporate emerging industry techniques and trends into our work.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns and understand the nuances of the campaign management process
  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media within designated verticals
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of active influencer campaigns, including brief development, influencer communications, contract negotiations, content development management and campaign reporting
  • Oversee and recommend campaign amplification and optimization opportunities
  • Build measurement reports and help contextualize success
  • Support team lead across various larger influencer/talent partnership proposals
  • Identify, establish and manage ongoing opportunities for brands to engage with influencers and other relevant partners
  • Understand and implement proper compliance with FTC guidelines for brand activities
  • Support growth of junior team members
  • Help strengthen agency wide influencer marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Proficient writer with the ability to synthesize complex messaging for social
  • Strong communicator and comfortable interfacing with clients, partners and teams
  • Comfortable presenting and clearly articulating ideas and proposals to clients
  • Proficiency leveraging social to tell brand/partner stories in various formats (IG, Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, Blog, etc.)
  • Experience with social media identification and measurement tools (SocialRank, Julius, Crimson, etc.)
  • Experience managing campaign budgets
  • Experience supporting junior talent grow
  • Experience working cross-functionally (PR teams, Paid Media teams, IAT, Creative + Production teams, etc.)
  • Experience running paid media campaigns for influencer/talent
  • Experience delivering on an influencer brief with thoughtful executable plans, knowledge of community management, contract negotiations
