Drives guest loyalty and overall lifetime value by improving retention & frequency Leads marketing calendar creation & omni-channel execution to drive brand consideration and visits.Partners with cross-functional teams and agencies to create content, ensuring flawless execution.Manages CRM platforms to execute email & mobile communications that drive incremental visits. Analyzes results to drive continuous improvement in engagement metrics. Leads social media & influencer management. Creates & manages brand voice across social platforms to drive engagement and brand affinity. Builds relationships with influencers to drive organic content distribution & follower growth. Analyzes results to drive continuous improvement in engagement metrics. Owns CRM scorecard & leveraging guest data to identify retention & sales opportunities. Institues ongoing test & learn approach to prove traffic & retention drivers. Leverages omni-channel strategies to drive reconsideration & guest reactivation. Accellerates guest acquisition through brand awareness strategies that drive guest sign-ups for digital/loyalty accounts while mainting or improving the avg customer lifetime value. Develop & execute New Restaurant Opening marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and trial. Measures performance against forecast. Partner with media agency to execute campaigns on digital media channels, including sponored influencer content. Updates professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; executing competitive research & reading trade publications.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications required Three to five years of experience in marketing required with atleast 2 years digital media and CRM experience Experience in restaurant operations or restaurant/retail marketing a plus Digitally savvy & expert/fluent in social media channels (Instagram, facebook & twitter) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (powerpoint, word & excel), Smartsheets a plusOccasional travel
