The role:

Digital

  • Develop, drive and continuously improve a comprehensive digital strategy that effectively promotes our platform brands across selected channels
  • Influence and provide daily strategic oversight of public relations strategy that effectively promotes our platform brands across selected channels
  • Monitor all existing channels to tactfully and accurately engage with users and influencers to promote connectivity, community, brand loyalty and sales opportunities
  • Design and drive social media campaigns that support traffic and sales growth (pre-collaboration with key players).
  • Recommend expansion or exclusion of digital channels as per key generational demographics, trends/demand
  • Ability to properly address concerns or conflicts voiced on the Internet
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation and executional excellence

Content Development

  • Develop innovative content that engages professionals, consumers and influencers.
  • Develop, create content and drive brand awareness, creative white papers, B2B, etc. to engage and grow users
  • Be able to concept, design and develop fully functional websites either on Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, or other comparable platform

Consumer Public Relations

  • Drive the writing of corporate event, influencer and social related press releases
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill consumer media product/interview requests as well as influencer and digital related requests in order to adhere to deadlines.
  • Maintain consistent relationships with all internal/external groups to maximize exposure opportunities
  • Keep consumer-related PR files updated and organized

Relationships

  • Connect with executives, key players, employees and accounts per brand to activate and empower the digital strategy and vision
  • Connect and collaborate with external resources to optimize all exposure obtained pre and post initiatives and events
  • Collaborate with marketing team to execute powerful and impactful campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, especially vloggers, bloggers, nonprofits and non-compete brands with synergy for potential cross-branding opportunities
