SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an Integrated Content/Social Strategist — someone who will work in partnership with the brand teams to deliver integrated programs across their business units, and key external stakeholders and partners. In addition, you will help drive increased consumer engagement across all channels and regions. This role will lead in all their function areas across US, Canada and LATAM.

Strategic Direction:

  • Help guide the Look, Tone and Manner of all brands across off regions and channels
  • Lead development of omni-channel communication strategy for agreed focus brands in consumer and professional channels to deliver against brand strategies
  • Help support all integrated communication and content strategies
  • Provide support for consumer acquisition and engagement, conversion and retention through all paid/owned/earned activities in all consumer touchpoints (including PR, Email Marketing, Social/Community Management)
  • Manage and insure all marketing communications/programs (consumer and professional) are integrated across the channels
  • Support all marketing communication and content across all Consumer and Professional channels in all regions
  • Explore New Technology and implement new communications tools with a focus on on-going improvements to reach new customers, drive awareness and drive trial/use

Annual Planning:

  • Contribute to annual budget and brand planning process with integrated communication plan aligned with brands’ objectives and strategies

Financials:

  • Support and manage short term financial commitments
  • Support integrated communication budget (working and non-working), including monthly budget tracking

Integrated Social & Digital Communications:

  • Build dynamic, integrated content and using tactics such as lead generation, email marketing, database management, social media and community management, to achieve marketing, sales and brand communication goals
  • Oversee the execution of social and digital campaigns including:
  • Manage paid social media plans across Facebook, Twitter, etc. ensuring efficient targeting and KPIs are met helping to drive traffic to landing environments
  • Integration of digital marketing and communications tools into our professional sales channel to optimize our campaign strategies and messages
  • Day to day management of website content and user experience, social channels, Ecom and social community management
  • Support effective sharing across all SAI and Sunstar partners

Measurement & Tracking:

  • Set and monitor KPIs for all social, web and digital programs (i.e. web analytics, click through rates, engagement and conversion rates)
  • Provide monthly report on KPI achievement and make recommendation or ongoing optimization of plans and programs.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Partner with brand teams, to deliver integrated marketing strategies and plans
  • Build relationships with internal Marketing partners for all regions in order to fully understand their business goals and campaign KPIs
  • Support knowledge sharing and training sessions to promote social/digital practices and tactics across the organization
  • Participate in concepting, ideation, and innovation on new business initiatives
  • Evaluate and communicate learning from campaigns and initiatives working with partners in Marketing teams

People/team development:

  • Be a strong team player and brand champion
  • Build a culture that promotes sharing, learning and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 years of agency or client-side experience (retail/healthcare experience preferred) developing results oriented integrated communication and digital/social strategies & plans. Deep subject matter expertise in all social and digital channels
  • CPG experience and/or pharma/medical device experience preferred
  • Strong digital marketing experience including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, mobile strategy, social media strategy, content automation, video, and campaign management
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, including advertising, PR, digital marketing, market research, branding, communications and campaign management, including management of outside vendors providing support in any of these areas
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Copywriting Background preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Measure and analyze the results of all media
  • Expertise in social/digital channels with passion for trends and innovation in the digital and technology space preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Able to work in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and convert strategy into tactics and actions that drive revenue growth and target market penetration.
