Description
As an Associate, you are responsible for creating, monitoring and growing social/influencer communities. You pride yourself on staying current with the latest social media trends and developments. You’re creative, analytical AND strategic—often times wearing all three hats at once to bring social/influencer programs to life. You will support multiple activities such as monitoring, creating editorial content calendars and engaging content, increasing community participation, identifying and connecting with influencers, concepting broader social/influencer campaigns, analyzing social activities and generating performance reports with insights.
Community Management
Day to day management of social channels including communication/engagement tactics--as well as community management around influencer specific programs and campaigns.
Conduct proactive outreach to new influencers via social (monthly).
Influencer Planning
Influencer program/campaign development and execution — including audience research, custom-built outreach lists, and collaborating with influencers for content creation to fuel social channels.
Maintain influencer database (ensuring proper mailing address, birthday, favorite products, shades, etc.).
Performance Reporting
Tracking, analyzing and optimizing content and community growth across social channels, including weekly reports and monthly performance analysis.
Be active in social listening and monitoring across channels and make clear recommendations to help maximize our community-building efforts.
Monitor influencer content across social platforms and through Traackr and create weekly/program-specific reports.
Other
Content Planning + Distribution. Real-Time Content Marketing Opportunities. Benchmark Tracking. Content Creation via TikTok, Twitter, Stories, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Social Engagement Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager, Content Manager, and Brand Directors to be an online brand advocate for Revlon’s brand story and products, ultimately bringing the Revlon brand voice to life on social channels and through influencer programs
- Leverage insights and learnings to inform monthly content/influencers briefs and conceptual outcome
- Plan and create a social editorial content calendar with optimized distribution
- Ensure the influencer content we are creating is distributed on the right channels, at the right time daily
- Support day-to-day community management activities, directly interacting with the influencer community, including daily moderation, response and engagement
- Identify real-time content marketing opportunities and brief for content creation
- Identify opportunities to work with influencers and integrate them into broader strategy
- Track and analyze performance of influencer/social content across channels (daily-optimizations + monthly-trends)
- Provide analysis and recommendation for improvement around all social/influencer engagement and content
- Monitor and leverage industry trends around social platform updates like changes in algorithms, targeting and overall innovations in social media technology to help drive the influencer strategy
Experience Guidelines:
- 2-3 years of relevant Community Management and Content Creation experience across social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Stories, IG, FB)
- Strong communication, verbal and editorial writing skills
- Knowledge and passion for the latest trends and platforms across the social media landscape
- Basic understanding of Social/Digital listening tools, Influencer tools and approaches to measurement/metrics, reporting, etc.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
- Able to think on his/her feet and be able to create engaging content and conversations online during live events
- Have good judgment when it comes to sharing appropriate content and responding to sensitive topics
- Strong organizational skills and able to adapt to change
- Interest in beauty and keeps up with latest trends
