Who You Are:
✨Experienced with the fast-paced nature of a PR or marketing agency — you excel at managing multiple client accounts and teams at once
✨Proactive when it comes to setting client goals, creating progress reports, and meeting with clients to discuss
✨Organized, detail-oriented and excellent at keeping your eye on the big-picture goal, while making sure that the everyday details and deadlines don’t fall through the cracks
✨Collaborative - you’ll be working with our CMO and COO to execute and implement high-level PR and marketing strategies across multiple client accounts company-wide
✨Flexible — you know how to do this job like the back of your hand, but you love learning and adapting to new ways (Pink Shark ways) of running the show
✨Both team and client happiness is super critical to you, and you’re comfortable being the customer-facing representative for the client accounts you manage. You never leave clients in the dark, and are happy to meet with them bi-weekly to go over progress reports and make pivots to their accounts as necessary
✨Comfortable with conflict resolution, setting and managing client expectations and responding quickly to client and team needs
✨Ability and comfort with running weekly and monthly reports to gauge press coverage and with ability to read and convey these reports and stats into understandable terms to the client. Familiarity with: CoverageBook, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Keyhole a plus.
