Role Overview
When you join Hue as a Campaigns & Community Coordinator, you are joining a fast-paced early-stage, VC backed start-up. We are looking for candidates with an owner mindset and a curiosity to constantly improve processes.
This role supports the management and growth of Hue’s Creator Community and the end-to-end lifecycle of video content collection from our members. You will help shape the creator experience by gathering feedback from community members, improving internal processes, and supporting initiatives that enhance the quality, inclusivity, and effectiveness of our brand partners’ campaigns.
This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week), remote within the United States, with potential for conversion into a full-time employee position based on performance and business needs. Depending on location, there may be opportunities for in-person collaboration. This role reports to Hue’s Senior Community Marketing Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to generate and deliver relevant video content based on individual campaign briefs
- Manage the full cycle of content collection: campaign brief creation, campaign setup/form configuration, Discord channel set up, order form delivery, package tracking, customer service tickets, content review/editing, and more.
- Engage with creator community members daily via Discord server, email, creator portal, and social media and ensure questions get answered
- Interact daily in Discord Community to encourage member-to-member engagement, and identify and nurture community champions
- Publish new campaigns in our Creator Portal and Discord Community
- Build out informative community content to educate members and encourage high quality, honest video reviews
- Identify and execute opportunities for community growth and engagement, that increase the community’s Net Promoter Score
- Manage members, moderations, spam prevention and terms of use policies
- Collect product feedback and share with Hue’s internal Customer Success Managers
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and community members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Experience managing campaigns or operational workflows, including tracking timelines and coordinating multiple moving parts
- Customer service oriented with the ability to handle conflict and communicate difficult information clearly
- Highly organized and able to process large amounts of information quickly
- Comfortable learning new tools, troubleshooting issues, and understanding how systems work together
- Technically savvy with experience using Google Workspace, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), Canva, and project management tools such as Trello or Airtable
- Passion for Hue’s mission and interest in creator communities, content, or e-commerce
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in online community management
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or user-generated content programs
- Experience in project or campaign management within marketing, community, or operations environments
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing
- Experience in an early-stage startup or technology company
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut)
- Experience using AI tools or custom GPT workflows
