About Luma AI
Luma's mission is to build multimodal AI to expand human imagination and capabilities. We believe that multimodality is critical for intelligence. To go beyond language models and build more aware, capable and useful systems, the next step function change will come from vision. So we are working on training and scaling up multimodal foundation models for systems that can see and understand, show and explain, and eventually interact with our world to effect change.
Where You Come In:
This is a rare opportunity to join a foundational team and establish creator marketing as a core growth lever. You will be instrumental in turning creator momentum into a durable engine for Luma, shaping how we operationalize influencer marketing as the company scales.
What You'll Do:
This is an opportunity to build and scale our creator marketing function. You will:
- Own the strategy and execution of creator marketing initiatives tied to primarily growth and secondarily brand goals.
- Translate creative narratives into scalable creator activations across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, emerging channels).
- Design programs that favor repeat collaborations over one-offs, while remaining execution-focused and outcome-driven.
- Build influencer programs that scale efficiently, leveraging in-house resources, third-party platforms, and agencies.
- Develop clear processes for creator sourcing, contracting, briefing, content delivery, approvals, and post-campaign analysis.
- Define success upfront: KPIs, benchmarks, attribution models, and learning goals are set before campaigns launch.
- Track and analyze performance across reach, engagement, conversions, CAC/LTV contribution, and qualitative signal, using data to refine programs and budgets.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a "builder" who can drive tangible, high-impact results.
- 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in influencer or creator marketing.
- Proven experience running influencer programs that scale, not just bespoke, one-off collaborations.
- Deep familiarity with creator platforms, tooling, and workflows (discovery, contracting, tracking, reporting).
- Demonstrated creator empathy, having spent years working with, for, or alongside creators, with a natural obsession for discovering new talent.
- A programmatic thinker who understands how creator marketing works as a system—inputs, outputs, feedback loops, and cost structures.
- A strong operator and analyst, for whom measurement is core to how you work; you can design frameworks, interpret results, and act on them.
- A history of driving tangible, high-impact results in a fast-paced, resource-constrained setting, with specific go-to-market or operational outcomes you personally owned and delivered.
What Sets You Apart (Bonus Points):
- Experience at high-growth B2C tech or "Prosumer" tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Canva, Duolingo, Hinge) where creator-led growth was a primary lever.
- Ability to point to specific numerical results in your professional background (e.g., "Scaled program from 0 to 500 creators," "Managed $1M+ monthly budget," "Reduced CAC by 20%").
- You live and breathe the creator world; discovering new talent is fun for you, not work.
- Deep understanding of attribution complexity and experience with various attribution models and tooling for influencer marketing.
- Active engagement in the "Creator Economy" discourse on platforms like Twitter/X, demonstrating a passion for creator news and trends.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $125,000 – $175,000 per year.
