YOUR MISSION:

PUMA’s Entertainment marketing apprentice will support the team in executing marketing operations and tactics across various partnerships and product initiatives. This includes support via event staffing, celebrity and talent product gifting, influencer acquisition, and general marketing assistance with KPI tracking, updating marketing decks and trackers. The Entertainment Marketing Apprentice is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, detailed and external facing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support on administration, logistics, and execution of marketing events, influencer gifting, photoshoots and other various marketing activations
  • Assist the development of overall global marketing strategies and campaigns for the entertainment team
  • Tasks include: marketing deck updates, campaign recaps, agency partnership, product ordering, and invoicing.
  • Maintain seeding product inventory
  • Consistently place and track product orders for team
  • Support on current strategies around digital, social, UGC, influencer content, campaigns, and drop schedules
  • Manage a comprehensive database of up-and-coming talent and influencers to propose for projects
  • Research competitive intelligence within the fashion, lifestyle and sports industry

YOUR TALENT:

  • Bachelor's degree or minor in marketing, public relations, communications, fashion, or a related field preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with social tracking platforms like Campaygn, Creator IQ or Tribe Campaign
  • Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines with moderate supervision executing projects on time and working collaboratively within a team
  • Excel in fast paced environments and are comfortable multi-tasking and problem-solving
  • Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must be based in Los Angeles with own mode of transportation to commute to Hollywood
  • Expected attendance is five days a week in office
  • Physical capability to carry up to 40lbs when necessary

The base pay for this position is $23 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.
