Brief Description
As the Influencer Relations Coordinator, you will support the engagement of creators who partner with our clients to build awareness, engage new audiences, and drive action. This role will include administrative tasks to support influencer marketing campaigns, contract processing, project management and other administrative tasks related to the execution of complex influencer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They bring a detail-oriented, approach, creative mindset, and strong time management skills. This role will work closely with the Influencer Relations Manager and Influencer Marketing Strategists to help bring nonprofit stories to life through creators, while ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard of client service.

Your Impact:
- Support the business flow of complex marketing campaigns as part of the GIVEfluential product line.
- Coordinate the contracting process, ensuring all relevant documents are signed, processed, and archived for payment processing.
- Coordinate payables and documentation through the accounting department to ensure timely payments to creators and accurate financial tracking.
- Support the creator content review process to ensure contracted deliverables are submitted on time, meet all campaign requirements, and align with the client’s brand standards.
- Assist with identification of mission-aligned creators using discovery tools, trend monitoring, and platform insights.
- Track deliverables, gather performance data, support reporting, and proactively flag issues during campaigns.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- 1+ years of project management work experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
