Position Summary:

As the leader for Calvin Klein’s Global Ecommerce Digital Site Experience, you will be accountable for managing the brand's website globally, to optimize the customer online shopping experience and drive global business growth.

You will have a strong track record of digital transformation for retail/consumer brands and will spearhead our efforts in e-commerce digital innovation.

You will be accountable for creating global direction for multiple websites (Americas, EMEA, APAC regions) and setting the brand direction to establish a consistent elevated brand experience, which ultimately drives sales growth, and enhances consumer engagement through strategic product placement, user experience, content and site navigation.

With a passion for the consumer experience, and Calvin Klein brand, you will also have a highly data driven approach, adept at working in a complex matrixed global brand.

You will work in close partnership with Clavin Kein’s Global marketing and merchandising teams as well as regional commercial buying + marketing teams, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the site's digital merchandising strategy to maximize conversions.

You will be a strong influencer who can work with PVH’s corporate ecommerce team with a holistic understanding of both site experience and how it interfaces with the user experience, and site optimisation opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

· Product Presentation - Optimizing product pages, managing product imagery and descriptions, and curating product collections to appeal to customers.

· Managing the product and service road map from ideation to implementation, to improve the brand's digital storefront, with the ultimate goal of maximizing online sales, conversion rates, and customer experience.

· Site navigation + merchandising - Strategizing and executing site roadmap features, product sequencing, cross-sells, and linking strategies to improve customer flow and product discoverability.

· Establishing a long-term vision and roadmap for the brand site's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to align with evolving technology, user expectations, and brand identity, influencing the PVH team who own multi brand platform systems and technology for PVH.

· Content - Implementing and managing promotional campaigns, ensuring timely launch of offers, and developing content to support category strategies, in partnership with the regional commercial teams.

· Data analysis – review sales data and site metrics to identify opportunities for increased sales and conversions, using insights to refine merchandising strategies and product placement.

· Site validation - Performing daily validation of the website to ensure accuracy and integrity of product information and the overall site presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

 Demonstrated success and experience in leading a global e-commerce business and

driving digital consumer engagement across omni-channel platforms.

 Extensive experience in developing eCommerce capabilities, including SEO

Enhancements and content/merchandising strategies

 Proven leadership in executing successful digital transformation projects, fostering

cultural change across the organization.

 Strong understanding of core business processes and their related technical solutions.

 An innovative, disruptive mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth.

 Outstanding people leadership skills, with the ability and desire to inspire, coach, mentor

and develop team members to unlock their potential.

 Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions.

 Ability to combine a data-driven approach with keen intuition to drive decision-making.

 Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence

cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor degree, MBA, Masters preferred

Pay Range:$250,000 - $300,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
