A Taste of What You'll Do
We’re looking for a strategic, curious leader to shape Gallo’s social platform strategy and drive culturally relevant, scalable, consumer-first content across channels. You’ll lead a team of social and content specialists, maintain deep platform expertise, and partner with Brand, Creative, Media, PR, Legal, MarTech, and Consumer Engagement to ensure cohesive execution. Your day-to-day includes building organic content ecosystems, guiding creator partnerships, advising on social SEO and discoverability, and translating trends into testable experiments and innovation opportunities.
You’ll own governance and operating standards—social guidelines, compliance protocols, approval workflows, crisis playbooks, and tool relationships—while setting community management expectations for on-brand, timely audience engagement. You’ll monitor sentiment and emerging conversations, coach specialists on integrated brand strategies, and maintain a forward-looking view on platform shifts, alpha/beta opportunities, and AI-enabled content and listening tools. Using cultural insights, benchmarking, and performance data, you’ll drive continuous improvement, recommend tools and processes, and own the KPI framework and reporting cadence.
If you bring thoughtful leadership, platform fluency, and a bias for experimentation, you’ll thrive here. We value collaboration, diverse perspectives, and inclusive decision-making—applicants of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
