BELLA is seeking an organization lover to join us as our freelance Marketing Operations Manager.

As a Marketing Operations Manager at BELLA, you will support our growth by working to create scalable processes and systems that ensure best practices to manage member experiences, drive acquisition, and promote retention. This is a remote, full-time position.

You can help us define our experiences and continuously support the expanding reach of a new brand for consumers. Our community of users needs guidance, support, and motivation as we grow. You will be the creative genius driving their connections with our team and each other.

You’re talents

  • Interacting with senior leadership to channel the voice of the brand through merchandise, ambassador programs, and more.
  • Being the expert in the systems supporting BELLA marketing programs, especially our automation platform and processes, helping to ensure that best practices for data management, workflow automation, and data reporting are consistently implemented and adapted
  • Defining then executing curated social initiatives for employee interactions highlighting the brand while remaining in compliance with developing social media policies.
  • Engaging with community changemakers, prospects, and members while monitoring and capitalizing on trends in social media and broader culture.
  • Leveraging social channels for interactions, reward brand advocates and de-escalate detractors within the community.
  • Managing a calendar of marketing content that mixes core brand message, marketing campaigns, company news, and events.
  • Determining appropriate KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Balancing creative development, paid media, merchandise, and event budgets
  • Defining program needs and optimize based on performance.
  • Utilizing a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing and sales technologies (analytics tools, ABM tools, sales outreach tools, etc.) to analyze success.

Our expectations

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to self-direct and adapt in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and maintaining reports and analytics to track lead flow, conversion revenue attribution, and related KPIs
  • Curiosity and an aptitude for design thinking
  • Strategic mindset with a successful track record of translating visions to cohesive campaigns that drive engagement
  • Strong aesthetic and compositional design perspective
  • Comfortable with data reporting through social analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Facebook Business, Google Analytics, etc
  • Flawless English communication skills

Nice to have...

  • Experience using social management systems such as Hootsuite, Iconosquare, etc.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheets and/or Microsoft Projects.
  • Multi-lingual - English, Spanish, and/or French
