Responsibilities:

  • Monthly content calendar strategy and execution
  • including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • caption copywriting
  • creation of graphics in Canva
  • Monthly Paid Social Strategy
  • Emphasis on conversion and lead ads
  • Monthly Analytics Reports
  • Oversee outreach and community management
  • Oversee weekly text, app, email and web campaign work by Digital Marketing Coordinator to align with Social Media content
  • Oversee annual marketing calendar
  • develop cohesive monthly strategy across social media, email, text, app and in store campaigns
  • Coordinate monthly lifestyle photoshoots and bi-annual look book photoshoots with local photographers
  • Create bi-annual and special edition digital look books
  • Manage marketing budget across paid ads, influencer campaigns and any other marketing promotions

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn - with emphasis in business account management
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience pulling social media analytics and developing actionable insights
  • Experience working in Canva and various photo editing apps
  • General knowledge of graphic design best practices
  • Positive and able to quickly pivot priorities as needed
  • Good leadership skills and experience managing team members
