👉 We're looking for a Full-time Director of Growth Marketing to join our small but growing team of five marketing associates and analysts. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has experience growing a consumer-facing product or business with a $1M+ in revenue who can help Mira advance our mission of helping people find care and scale to a 6-digit membership base within the next 3 years.
THE JOB
Own Mira’s top funnel growth and lead generation via organic (content, community building) and inorganic (ads, paid offline campaigns, influencer sponsorship) channels.
Manage a team of 5 associates and analysts to generate content, perform weekly conversion analyses, and optimize the current funnels.
Be accountable for monthly metrics including website unique visitors, SEO ranking, conversion rates, and number of accounts signed up.
“Rise to the occasion” and grow with the company, take on additional responsibilities as our growth needs expand beyond the current scope of practice.
MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience owning content strategy for an online blog or website with 1M+ monthly unique visitors. Strong technical SEO knowledge, be able to speak to and problem solve issues related to Google Ranking, core updates, and on and off-page optimization.
OR
5+ years experience owning inorganic lead acquisition for a consumer-facing business or division with $500K+ in annual revenue. Strong technical knowledge of different types of FB ad campaigns, Google/Youtube Ads, and alternative channels such as TikTok, Spotify, and Twitter.
OR
7+ years of experience owning a combination of both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
AND
2+ years of experience managing a team of four or more marketing professionals. Have improved one or more performance metrics directly related to growth.
BONUS IF
You have a strong network of marketing experts you could tap into upon day 1 of starting the job.
Have worked at an agency or ran an ecommerce business with 20%+ MoM revenue growth.
Have experience with subscription/membership growth.
💸 COMPENSATION AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Salary range: 120,000-175,000
Equity: 0.2-1%

Remote is okay with ability to relocate to NYC if need be.
