Partnerships + Influencer Specialist
At a Glance:
We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help build the On brand through strategic partnerships and influencer marketing. The right person will be a student of culture, a lover of brand marketing, obsessed with social media, and an experienced hand at managing culturally relevant partners and influencers from diverse industries and backgrounds . This role will work closely with the North American marketing team, as well as the Global content team.
Your Mission:
- Drive new partnerships and influencer relationships within brand-relevant communities to ensure that On is a well known, respected and sought-after partner
- Act as an ambassador to the larger industry, educating them about On, as well as educating internal teams about the players influencing run culture
- Think strategically about where our brand should grow to i dentify relevant industries and cultural sub-groups, organizations, and influencers of all sizes that should become On partners
- Be the end-to-end lead for each partner, working to scale , nurture, and optimize NA partnerships beyond launch and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnerships' value
- Work closely with the NA + Global Marketing teams to to bring innovative marketing plans to life, while ensuring that the narrative, messaging and creative assets are in alignment
- Collaborate with the larger content marketing team to amplify NA brand programs and product launches, while concepting and pitching back stories/partners that can have global impact
- Report on impact of influencers and partner programs, developing actionable insights that inform the larger marketing ecosystem
- Maintain partnership and influencer database, oversee NA partnerships + influencers budgets, contracts, negotiating payment, and invoicing
- Ensure all influencer engagements, both paid and organic, meet client and FTC guidelines
- Watch the social and media landscape to stay up-to-date on the latest partnerships and influencer activations
- Contribute to the overall marketing team with strategic questions, creative ideas and concepts to support brand objectives; work cross-functionally and globally to maximize impact of the people advocating on our behalf
Your Story:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field; combination of education and experience will be considered
- 3+ years experience working in marketing
- Have a track record of working directly with like-minded brand partners and influencers, specifically working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools
- Sought-after collaborator with established industry relationships, both at the highest levels as well as the newly influential
- Passionate about innovating and creating new opportunities within the sportswear industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience working in social media with an in-depth understanding of each channel
- Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications
- Highly adaptable with an ability to shift priorities in real-time to meet client needs
- Ability to read, speak and write English fluently
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
