The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute marketing strategies across multiple marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, email marketing, and influencer and affiliates.
- Work with Director of Strategy to grow and scale digital marketing channels and optimize ROI’s
- Work with creative team to create content in line with the marketing calendar including weekly emails, social media content, advertising, etc.
- Work with e-commerce team and developers to optimize websites for customer experience and conversions
- Manage and grow social media accounts, mainly Instagram and Pinterest
- Manage influencer, affiliate and brand ambassador database. Regularly communicate with brand advocates to maintain strong relationships with the brand and understanding of product knowledge
- Plan and manage brand and partner collaborations
- Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to build brand awareness
- Bring and execute creative ideas to grow awareness and increase customer retention
- Regular reporting (weekly/monthly) and tracking of KPIs across marketing platforms, with a focus on user acquisition and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Marketing leadership and ecommerce experience
- Experience with Klaviyo and email marketing
- Experience managing multiple social media channels
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Shopify experience a plus
