Summary

Summary/Objective:

The Influencer Coordinator will focus on supporting VICI’s influencer marketing needs, PR initiatives, and other ad-hoc marketing projects. They will assist the Influencer Marketing Team on carrying out all existing influencer collaborations as well as aid in expanding VICI’s existing influencer talent base. They will collaborate with the social marketing team to support owned media needs, especially as it relates to content creation from influencers. The ideal candidate will have a background in influencer marketing, an understanding of the fashion industry, and a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns and events. Additionally, the candidate will need to be organized, well-spoken, with a positive, can-do attitude. Attention to detail and clear business writing are also required skills.

Essential Functions

INFLUENCER & PR ORDERS

  • Works with both paid and gifted influencers and managers on a daily basis to review selections and process orders
  • Communicates with influencer partners and/or their managers to ensure all orders are being processed accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Leads the daily influencer sales orders, records information in NetSuite and works with the product teams when needed
  • Owns creation and upkeep of product request/gifting forms for outfit selections
  • Helps get all PR requests sent out in a timely fashion and provides appropriate tracking information

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Assists in reviewing influencer content and sharing across all social media platforms; works closely with social marketing team to ensure content needs are met and fulfilled plus partners and collaborates on content plan
  • Partners with the influencer team in sharing product feedback with the merchandising team

INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIPS & CONTENT

  • Assists with negotiating and managing contracts, budgets, and deliverables for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs
  • Drafts influencer talking points and creates briefs
  • Reviews influencer content once live to ensure deliverables are met and collect feedback to share with the larger team
  • Identifies key influencers to potentially partner with in paid campaigns and other brand initiatives
  • Assists manager in mapping out influencer calendar

INFLUENCER COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in the fashion and lifestyle space
  • Creates and develops outreach emails to influencers that are polished and on-brand for gifting and key campaigns

REPORTING

  • Helps manager with gathering insights as well as weekly and monthly reporting on collaboration performance
  • Manages campaign building/reporting in platform
  • Responsible for compiling key metrics as needed to support Influencer Marketing Partnerships and reporting

Other

  • Sets up and maintains influencer promo codes
  • Supports influencer team with influencer outreach, follow-ups, and confirmations for influencer events, along with other tasks as needed
  • Supports influencer team with influencer event execution and assists/attends key influencer events
  • Supports other ad-hoc marketing projects (i.e., gifting initiatives, giveaways, influencer collaborations, etc.)
  • Packs and ships product to key influencers and content creators as needed
  • May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

  • Skilled at communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: willingness to think out-of-the-box to resolve issues
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Canva, Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Mac and Google products and standard applications (Slack, Chrome, etc.). Experience in Asana is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to streamline workload
  • Experience in event planning and execution is a plus

Work Environment

  • Works in an indoor office/home office environment
  • Sit for long periods, standing and walking intermittently
  • Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
  • Occasionally lift or pull up to 20 pounds

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or in a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Influencer Marketing Field, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level

Expected Hours Of Work

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Hybrid; in office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in Walnut Creek, CA with occasional need to be in office on Mondays and Fridays.

$24 - $26 an hour
