Job Title: Coordinator, Brand & Audience

A little bit about our team:
The Global Brand & Audience team develops and implements artist strategy and planning, driving culture and commercial streaming alike. The Brand & Audience Services team comprises cross-functional disciplines, including Creative Development, Paid Media, Influencer/Creator Marketing, and Direct-to-Fan and Community Engagement. The team is responsible for marquee artists and their storytelling.

Your role:

The Brand & Audience Services Coordinator is a detail-oriented and organised professional who provides essential support to the Brand & Audience Services team. You'll be a key player in the execution of digital-first marketing campaigns for a diverse roster of catalog artists like Fleetwood Mac, The Smiths, Slipknot, Madonna, Phil Collins, Paramore and more. Working closely with the cross functional services team and Artist Brand Management teams, you'll help bring campaigns to life by handling day-to-day project management, asset coordination, and communication with internal and external partners. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter with a passion for music, digital marketing, and fan engagement.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Support the execution of digital and social campaigns for key artist moments
  • Manage timelines and schedules, ensuring all campaign deadlines and asset deliveries are met.
  • Organise and traffic all creative assets, from briefs to final content.
    Support social media strategy and fan engagement across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Proactively monitor social media landscapes to identify trending audio, visual styles, and platform features that can be leveraged to keep catalog artists relevant with new and younger audiences.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, key insights, and metrics.
    Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining organised records and managing the approval process for all materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile wrap up reports that highlight learnings, insights, future opportunities.

About you:

  • Progressive experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related role within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a general understanding of digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong curiosity about pop culture, trends & fan behaviour
  • Enjoy problem-solving & take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • You’ve got your finger on the pulse on music and culture


We’d love it if you also had:

  • Experience with Airtable and project workflow systems
  • Interest and hands-on experience producing native social media content
