Marketing Coordinator

A founding Woodinville, WA winery is looking for a marketing, digital and social media coordinator.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to manage a host of duties related to marketing and digital efforts for our growing winery. The position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will have autonomy to help launch new marketing initiatives while also contributing to day-to-day operations.

Roles:

· Manage existing social media platforms and initiate new programs for social media platforms that are currently underutilized; manage social advertising

· Manage Google Analytics and social media reporting

· Coordinate website updates, to include digital product development and landing pages; knowledge of WineDirect or other similar POS systems is ideal

· Manage digital customer service efforts, review platforms and online customer feedback channels.

· Support PR initiatives; develop media and influencer relationships

· Manage databases

· Manage donations and charitable giving efforts

· Help with general execution of day-to-day operations and company events, which may include a variety of tasks from data entry to customer support

· Graphic design and video editing skills highly desirable

Knowledge of social media and web analytics platforms required. Social media advertising background required. Knowledge of Creative Suite desired. This is not a full-time design position, but basic graphic design and video support is desirable. Prior experience in consumer goods marketing is desired. An interest in wine or lifestyle marketing is desired.

This role will be a part of a highly motivated and very busy retail and marketing team. We have many ideas that we want to make happen and you should too!
