This Social Supervisor will act as a strategic lead for content on an energetic national brand.

Responsibilities:

    • Strategic lead for holistic content for brand channels, including but not limited to: managing process, defining objectives, elevating creative, managing marketing/content calendars.
    • Work with Social Manager to proactively elevate community insights and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and brand leadership teams to create strategic social media content that breaks through to engage with key audiences.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to resource for content questions for internal and client teams, proactively bringing innovative social strategies and ideas.
    • Educate and excite clients and internal teams on the value of FUEL capabilities, and emerging digital content opportunities.
    • Contribute to content brief development and manage content kick off workshops.
    • Supervise influencer and partnership strategies.
    • Lead and assist in creative brainstorming sessions.
    • Lead execution of live events and activations.
    • Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, media partners, vendors, channel reps and internal teams.
    • Collaborate with client partner agencies in the development and execution of content deliverables and activations.
    • Supervise client meeting presentation content.
    • Oversight and approval of paid and organic social posts, ensuring error-free, quality assurance of all published content, meeting client expectations, delivering on business objectives, and executed accurately and according to channel specifications.
    • Write POVs and thought leadership pieces for internal and external audiences.
    • Provide guidance to junior team members to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are flawlessly executed while coaching and providing constructive feedback.
    • Support new business initiatives.
    • This position will require work on some weekends / evenings / holidays

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of relevant social media experience
    • 1-2 years of management experience
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Experience quickly generating client-facing presentations
    • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and be adaptable to change
    • Thorough understanding of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok), their technical requirements and best practices
    • Experience with social analytics/publishing tools a plus (Netbase, Helixa, Sprinklr, RivalIQ)
    • Retail or fitness experience would be a major bonus
