***This role is based in Los Angeles; and you will be reporting to the Director of International Expansion, the main duties include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, lead and execute the North America region’s influencer marketing programs on Chinese social media platforms.
  • Recruit and build deep relationships with the Chinese speaking talents to nurture engagement with company’s influencer community, including its brand partners, and drive influencers to take brand deals.
  • Help to develop a digital marketing strategy and optimize process across all programs to ensure influencer campaigns deliver efficient ROI.
  • Create influencer monetization and growth strategies, manage contract negotiation with influencers and/or their talent agencies to ensure a clear scope of work, alignment on timeline and deliverables.

Key Requirements

Must:

  • Bachelor’s degree, fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • 5-8 years’ work experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
  • Well-versed in the North American influencer space, including familiarity with key talents and/or retail communities.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with promoting and selling North American products to China through digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and event planning ability.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of working with beauty or/and healthy brands.
  • North American Chinese retailer resource and/or management experience.
  • North American Chinese influencer resource and/or marketing experience.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in beauty or/and healthy industry.
  • North American Chinese influencer resource and/or marketing experience.
  • North American Chinese retailer resource and/or management experience.
