The Role
Bolthouse Farms is seeking a Director of Omnichannel Marketing who will hold a diverse role in both the planning, execution and management of day-to-day ag innovation initiatives across various high growth areas.

What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role
This role will develop insights led media to shelf activations with programming that engages shoppers through the full path to purchase across all retail commerce channels. They will do this through direct retailer partnerships, third party online grocers, DTC development, SEO and programmatic media buying and shopper marketing programs, and they will own the planning and post activation results and analysis. This position requires a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving retail and consumer landscape and retailer digital ecosystems (including pure-play and Click and Collect grocery models) as well as a deep knowledge of current tools, platforms and technology. This role also requires strong financial and analytical acumen, the ability to manipulate data from multiple sources, and an understanding of how to optimize strategies and executions leveraging performance metrics .
- Develop and lead execution of omnichannel marketing strategy and best practices for Bolthouse Farms organization across online and offline grocery platforms: retailers’ own, third party fulfillment, marketplace vendors, DTC, Instacart, Shipt etc.
- Establish a common framework for capturing, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing initiatives and provide solutions to improve / optimize strategies
- Develop and manage annual planning timelines, templates and calendars to build recommended omnichannel marketing plans and budgets and gain alignment with the sales and marketing teams
- Synthesize campaign learnings and communicate data-driven recommendations and best practices to the sales and marketing teams on a regular basis to help build organizational knowledge of omnichannel marketing
- Develop test and learn omnichannel marketing plans to continuously drive the business forward
- Partner with sales team on developing relationships and leading sales calls with key marketing and E-Commerce points of contact to unlock new opportunities for growth and to ensure efficiency of Bolthouse Farms digital investments
- Develop and implement holistic conversion campaigns and marketing strategies across multiple channels that include retailer onsite and offsite traffic drivers to deliver upon key KPIs (includes targeted display ads, search, paid social, CRM, influencer and acquisition emails)
- Develop and own the process for flawless execution and manage site optimization for all retailer E-Commerce sites, including SEO, rankings, ratings and reviews, product information, order/hierarchy of products, digital & packaging assets etc.
- Develop detailed media briefs for agency partners for various omnichannel marketing initiatives to launch programs that comply with brand guidelines, align with business objectives and exceed defined performance KPIs
- Serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to senior management and business leaders across the organization for omnichannel marketing-based activities
- Lead Shopper Marketing Lead and e-commerce coordinator development and performance including goal setting and performance evaluation and determine additional resource needs for the team.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years of progressive marketing or relevant experience with 4+ years in leading the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategy and execution in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry (Fresh product or cold chain experience preferred)
- Performance marketing mindset with deep understanding of how to leverage omnichannel marketing tactics to target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversion
- Hands on experience leading omnichannel marketing programs across digital channels and strong working knowledge of digital marketing efforts (display, search, email, social, mobile, SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Audience Testing and Web Analytics).
- Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to develop insights to drive improvement of KPIs
- Ability to balance strategy and execution and ensure that Bolthouse Farms is providing thought leadership for to customers, cross-functional team and external partners and flawless execution of daily business
- Track record of driving results in complex, multi-stakeholder and fluid environments
- Experience managing a team or individual guiding toward larger objective/vision
- Start-up or lean organization experience valued
