Position Description:
As the Influencer and PR manager for Blueair North America, you will lead and direct the US strategy for Influencer marketing and Public Relations to generate reach and engagement, build community and participation, inspire product trial and positive awareness towards the brand story and products, and ultimately drive sales.
Responsibilities and Functions:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to support brand goals and achieve success against relevant KPI’s.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers, continually monitoring performance and optimizing partner lists / focus
- Develop content ideas, manage and sign off influencer produced content
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, competitor activity, technologies and new influencers/ relevant industry experts, and integrate into strategy where relevant
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Identify PR goals and KPI’s and develop PR strategy that supports overall brand and business objectives
- Manage PR agency in their development and execution of PR plans as well as influencer management
- Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for influencer and PR campaigns
- Track and analyze results of influencer and PR plans, and deliver regular summaries as well as optimization recommendations to cross functional teams and leadership
- Drive and steer our CSR and advocacy strategy and initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and PR agency to develop and execute plans that meaningfully support our brand purpose and mission.
- Establish and maintain influencer and PR budgets

- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- In depth knowledge of influencer / social media industry
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends

- Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to develop and manage a budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in Influencer and PR management
- Experience managing and driving results across agencies and internal teams
- Media training a plus
