BEN is growing fast, and our Sr Director of Global Industry & Agency Marketing will build on our already strong position to take that growth to the next level by supporting sales and customer success. You will reimagine BEN’s sales marketing strategy for our influencer marketing business to be at the forefront of how we attract clients, industry, and creators, and tell BEN’s story.Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Influencer Strategy, Client Service, and Marketing, this is a unique opportunity to make a dramatic impact on the future of our business and redefine how marketing drives our company’s revenue growth. The influencer marketing industry is growing exponentially each year and, with it, brands are looking at how to build and scale their influencer marketing programs and best measure its impact on their bottom-line. Responsibilities

    • Plan and lead the overall global marketing vision, strategy, and P&L for BEN’s influencer business, with a keen eye on supporting sales.
    • Develop the framework for how the Marketing Team prioritizes and allocates resources; lead quarterly and annual goal setting and planning, develop a scalable marketing strategy, and create integrated marketing programs that support the short and long-term goals of the business.
    • Collaborate deeply with key Influencer business divisions (Client Service, Sales, Strategy, and Execution) to build marketing strategies and tactics that drive a measurable impact on client revenue; design feedback loops that inform what is/isn’t working and practices that enable us to quickly optimize.
    • Serve as BEN’s influencer brand advocate; create an inspiring and ownable narrative around how BEN is revolutionizing influencer marketing and entertainment.
    • Leverage industry insights, marketing research, and client intel to make BEN’s marketing relevant and grounded in trends, case studies, and market differentiators to attract the best clients.
    • Define a measurement framework and track and report on all marketing activity; oversee optimization, A/B testing, etc.
    • Oversee PR, events, and social; create a powerful thought leadership strategy and a scalable, high-quality B2B content marketing engine.
    • Partner with the marketing leader over BEN’s Product Placement business for a seamless customer experience on key shared channels such as LinkedIn.
    • Oversee all paid activity and optimizations including paid social, SEM, and lead gen activations.
    • Build and manage the marketing team and oversee a roster of agencies and consultants.

Qualifications and Skills (Required)

    • 6+ years of data driven B2B marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years leading and growing a team.
    • Data driven B2B marketing experience with a history of managing campaigns focused on multiple objectives including new client attraction and retention.
    • Expertise, knowledge and passion for the marketing and advertising of the entertainment space, especially influencer marketing and social media.
    • Demonstrated success leading high-performance and lean marketing teams in a hyper-growth environment while creating a plan for scale.
    • Powerful writer with experience developing content for B2B campaigns. Track record in building brand narratives and designing content strategies and pipelines to bring them to life across a multitude of channels including PR, social, and events.
    • Experience designing high performing marketing processes, systems, and automation.
    • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and lead gen goals, including performance/growth expertise.
    • Ability to comfortably lead, manage, and get hands dirty while setting a strong example (and high bar) for your team.
    • Strong work ethic -- you are self-motivated, curious and always learning.
    • General understanding of all marketing disciplines with an ability to get the most out of a team across brand, content, paid/performance, events, and more.

Qualifications and Skills (Preferred)

    • Experience working in the influencer/creator space.
    • Agency-side experience, especially an agency focused on influencer marketing and/or social media.
    • Experience at a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup.
    • Possession of a strong rolodex of agencies, contractors, and consultants to help the team quickly scale up and down as needed.
    • Previous experience with Salesforce, DOMO, or similar platform.
    • Experience building strategies to disrupt a crowded category.
    • Experience overseeing a global strategy and growing team.
